FAQ

  • Your experience as a customer is of utmost importance to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with an order you’ve received -  send us an email. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
  • Discount code can be added by expanding your "order summary" on the checkout page. Discount codes cannot be combined.
  • If you absolutely need to return a product, you can do so within 7 days of the item being delivered. The item must be in original packaging/condition with tags on. Shipping will be paid by the customer. As a reminder, if you are shipping an item over $50 we recommend using a trackable service as we cannot be responsible for any lost in transit packages. All sale items are final sale.
  • If you need to make a change to an order you’ve already placed, please email us right away: info@custombysop.com with the subject line as "CHANGE - ORDER #". We try to ship as quickly as possible and no changes can be made once your order has been shipped.
  • Gift cards are available in a variety of denominations and can be used towards any item(s) on our site. Gift cards do not expire.
  • Gourmet products are produced locally in Ontario in a nut free facility
  • Due to the varying nature of monitors, phone displays, and colours - the actual colours of your product may vary.
